When making a booking, the Client must provide accurate and complete journey details, including pickup location, drop-off destination, date, time, and the number of passengers. The Company cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.
A booking is only confirmed once the Company has acknowledged it in writing (by email or SMS). Verbal acknowledgements do not constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are provided in advance wherever possible based on the journey details supplied.
- Pricing may vary depending on journey distance, duration, vehicle type, time of day, and any additional requirements
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the standard allowance, additional stops, or changes to the agreed itinerary
- Payment may be made by cash, card, bank transfer, or any other agreed method confirmed at the time of booking
- Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking and may be required in advance, on the day of service, or by invoice for corporate accounts
The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing where journey details provided by the Client are materially different from those originally agreed.
4. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change. Where possible, please provide as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
- Cancellations made with reasonable notice (typically 24 hours or more) will not incur a charge
- Late cancellations — those made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time — may be subject to a cancellation fee at the Company's discretion
- No-shows (where the Client fails to appear without notice) may be charged in full
- Changes to booking details (date, time, pickup or drop-off location) should be communicated as early as possible via phone or email
- Changes made at short notice cannot always be accommodated and may affect the agreed price
The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be notified promptly and any advance payment refunded in full.
5. Waiting Time
The Company operates a fair waiting time policy designed to accommodate reasonable delays while protecting the chauffeur's time.
- Airport pickups: a standard complimentary waiting period is included following the confirmed landing time. This allows time for baggage collection and customs. Waiting time beyond this allowance may be chargeable.
- Non-airport pickups: a short waiting period is included from the agreed pickup time. If the Client is not ready within this window, additional waiting time charges may apply.
- Extended waiting: where a Client anticipates a significant delay, please contact the Company as early as possible so we can accommodate where practicable.
Specific waiting time allowances will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Flight Tracking & Airport Transfers
Where flight details are provided by the Client at the time of booking, the Company will monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly in the event of a delay or early arrival.
- Flight tracking is provided as a courtesy and is subject to the accuracy of publicly available flight data
- Clients must provide the correct flight number and scheduled arrival time to enable flight monitoring
- For arrivals at Manchester Airport, our chauffeurs will proceed to the designated meeting point in the arrivals hall
- Meet and greet service may be included depending on the package booked — please confirm at the time of booking
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, airports, or air traffic control
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and professional service, Clients are expected to:
